Firstly this place has heaps of parking and a great selection of retailers. The Bunnings outlet is huge and the plants are in great a t condition, for a Bunnings. Red Dot Home has an eclectic selection of items, a great retailer to have a look around in. Other outlets include Pet City, 7Eleven, Forty Winks, autObahn, Sydney Tools and others.

Great selection of shops and services in a handy location, except traffic can build up :) lots of auto parts stores and tool shops in one location saves time and running about, makes it easy to compare prices and availability

The actual Sale yard offering of shopping facilities is great, however the road access is shocking. To much traffic congestion on Clayton St since roundabout had been put in. Only use this shopping precinct if I really need to. Prefer Belmont as it's much easier access and has the same facilities.Definitely much easier to move around this area today as it's Tuesday and roads are quieter however getting closer to the weekend and especially on the weekends the access to this area is a nightmare.
